Free shipping for all U.S. orders over $50.
$6 Flat rate shipping for all U.S. orders under $150.
Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders placed online are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
USPS and UPS are responsible for all lost packages. Please contact them directly for any claims about your package. If the tracking status of your order states that your package has been delivered but you did not receive your package, please directly contact USPS or UPS.
Proper is not responsible for delays, stolen or damaged packages, replacement of lost orders or orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.Â

Return Eligibility
Items can be returned for a refund to original payment if received within 15 days of the order delivery date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. If you need to return an item after 15 days but before 30 days it will be returned to for store credit. All sales are considered final after 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Use the carrier of your choice.

Refunds and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank. If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund, which can be used toward future purchases. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For a quick exchange, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for a refund within the return policy timeline.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll cover return shipping and ensure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible. Please email photos and a description of the issue to hello@proper-shops.com.
In-Person Returns
Online returns are also accepted in person within the above parameters at our store located at 313 Broadway, Downtown Fargo.
